These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cedar City Turf website and your communications with Southern Landscape Pros LLC doing business as Cedar City Turf ("Cedar City Turf," "we," "us," or "our"). This website provides general information about Cedar City Turf and allows visitors to ask questions or request an estimate for artificial turf installation and related services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.

You may browse the website regardless of age, but you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to request services or approve an estimate or project agreement.

Estimate Requests

Submitting a form, calling, texting, or otherwise contacting us does not create a service contract and does not obligate either party to proceed. Any preliminary pricing, schedule, or service information is subject to site conditions, measurements, product availability, project requirements, and our review. An estimate is not accepted until the acceptance method stated in that estimate has been completed.

Project Agreements Control

Each installation or other project may be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, service agreement, change order, warranty, or other project document. Those documents may address the scope of work, pricing, deposits, payment dates, scheduling, site access, utilities, drainage, permits, product selections, changes, cancellations, warranties, photographs, dispute procedures, and other project-specific terms.

If a project document conflicts with these website Terms, the project document controls for that project. These website Terms do not alter any written warranty, payment obligation, cancellation right, or other term contained in an accepted project document, and they do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Communications

When you provide contact information or contact us, you authorize us to respond by the methods you use or identify, including telephone, email, and individual text message. Communications may concern an inquiry, estimate, site visit, appointment, scheduling change, arrival time, project question, service update, payment, warranty, or customer-service matter.

We use Google Voice for business calls and texts. We do not send recurring promotional or marketing text-message campaigns. Message frequency varies, and carrier message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us to stop texting at any time by telling us or replying STOP. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for telling us if it changes.

You agree that electronic records, notices, disclosures, and signatures may satisfy legal requirements for written communications to the extent permitted by law. A separate estimate or project agreement may include additional electronic-signature terms.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes to these website Terms do not retroactively change an accepted project agreement.

General Terms

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of this website, subject to any separate project documents that apply to services.
